JewMORE ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email associated with that account.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including lessons completed, learning streaks, badges earned, and feature interactions. This helps us improve the App and personalize your experience.
Location Data: If you grant permission, we use your approximate location to provide accurate Shabbat candle lighting times and holiday schedules for your area. We do not track your precise location or share location data with third parties.
Device Information: We automatically collect device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to JewMORE Premium, Apple processes and stores your payment information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App
- To personalize your learning experience and track your progress
- To provide accurate Jewish calendar data and Shabbat times for your location
- To process your premium subscription
- To send you notifications about daily lessons (if you opt in)

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, data storage, and analytics
- Hebcal: We send your approximate location to the Hebcal API to retrieve accurate Shabbat times (no personal information is shared)
- Apple: For subscription management and in-app purchases
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update: You can view and update your profile information within the App
- Delete your account: You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@jewmore.app. We will delete your personal data within 30 days
- Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications in your device settings
- Location: You can revoke location access in your device settings at any time
6. Children's Privacy
JewMORE is designed for users of all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Effective date" above.
